Our mountain journey begins early in the morning as we assemble in the heart of Kochi:

As we leave the coastal plains behind and begin climbing the Western Ghats, our first stop is the magnificent Cheeyappara Waterfall, cascading down seven tiers of rock right beside the highway. Next, we stop for an immersive stroll through a lush Spice Plantation and Ayurvedic Garden, learning how cardamom, pepper, vanilla, and traditional medicinal herbs are organically cultivated.
