- Hotel Timings: Standard check-in time is 14:00 hours, and check-out is 1200 hours.
- Room Sharing: Single travelers will share a room on a twin or triple basis depending on availability. If no roommate is available, a Single Supplement fee will apply.
- City Restrictions: Certain ancient temple towns have coach transport restrictions. In such instances, the tour manager and driver will ensure drop-offs are as close to the monuments as legally permissible.
Cancellation Charges on Land Cost
- More than 30 Days before departure: A flat cancellation fee of INR 3,000 per passenger applies.
- 15 to 30 Days before departure: A cancellation charge of 30% of the total tour cost will be levied.
- Within 15 Days of departure: Subject to a 100% cancellation charge (no refunds available).
