DAILY ITINERARY
Day 01: Delhi – Haridwar
- Meals: Dinner
- Report at Delhi by 3:00 PM
- Drive to Haridwar (230 km / approx. 6 hrs)
- Hotel check-in and overnight stay at Haridwar
Day 02: Haridwar – Barkot
- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- Drive to Barkot (180 km / 6-7 hrs)
- Check-in at hotel
- Rest and acclimatization
- Overnight stay at Barkot
Day 03: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot
- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- Drive to Janki Chatti / Phool Chatti
- Trek 6 km one way to Yamunotri (by foot / horse / dolly – direct payment)
- Yamunotri Darshan & Surya Kund
- Return trek and drive back to Barkot
- Overnight stay at Barkot
Day 04: Barkot – Uttarkashi
- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- Drive to Uttarkashi (105 km / 3 hrs)
- Hotel check-in
- Evening visit to Vishwanath Temple
- Overnight stay at Uttarkashi
Day 05: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi
- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- Drive to Gangotri
- En route visit Maneri Dam & Gangnani Hot Springs
- Gangotri Darshan
- Return to Uttarkashi
- Overnight stay at Uttarkashi
Day 06: Uttarkashi – Sitapur
- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- Full-day drive to Sitapur (approx. 10 hrs)
- En route visit Rudraprayag Sangam
- Late evening check-in
- Overnight stay at Sitapur
Day 07: Sitapur – Kedarnath
- Meals: Breakfast
- Drive to Gaurikund
- Trek 16 km to Kedarnath (by foot / horse / dolly – direct payment)
- Evening Kedarnath Darshan
- Overnight stay at Kedarnath (Dormitory accommodation)
- Food expense at the time of trekking has to be met by the passenger, as we have no facilities to keep our kitchen unit to Kedarnath. Kitchen unit will stay at Sitapur.
Day 08: Kedarnath – Sitapur
- Meals: Dinner
- Early morning Abhishekam & Darshan
- Trek back to Gaurikund
- Drive to Sitapur
- Overnight stay at Sitapur
Day 09: Sitapur – Joshimath
- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- Drive to Joshimath (approx. 6 hrs)
- Visit Joshimath Math (Adi Shankaracharya)
- Overnight stay at Joshimath
Day 10: Joshimath – Badrinath
- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- Drive to Badrinath (approx. 2 hrs)
- Badrinath Darshan & Tapt Kund bath
- Visit Mana Village – last Indian village
- Overnight stay at Badrinath
Day 11: Badrinath – Haridwar
- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- Drive to Haridwar (approx. 10 hrs)
- En route visit Karnaprayag & Nandaprayag
- Late evening check-in
- Overnight stay at Haridwar
Day 12: Haridwar – Rishikesh – Delhi
- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- Visit Rishikesh: Lakshman Jhula, Parmarth Niketan, Sivananda Ashram
- Haridwar sightseeing & Ganga Aarti
- Drive to Delhi (approx. 6 hrs)
- Overnight stay at Delhi
Day 13: Delhi – Departure
- Meals: Breakfast
- Check-out by 11:00 AM
- Transfer to Airport / Railway Station (extra charges)
FLIGHTS/TRAINS
- Tour cost does not include Airfares /Train charges.
- Our Team will assist to arrange the tickets from your home town/ nearest Airport or railway station.
- There will be a common Pick up and drop facilities which is included in the Package.
- Arrivals or departures outside the Common timings will be arranged at an additional cost.
LAND TRANSPORT
- Providing 27 seater AC Pushback vehicle.
- Ac will not run on hilly areas, Airport transfers and Tours, which is as per itinerary.
- Additional airport transfers or Optional tours can be arranged at actual applicable charges.
- In certain locations, coach entry may be restricted or roads may be too narrow; in such cases, autos or shared cabs will be arranged at an additional cost.
STAY
- 11 Night stay in deluxe category hotels on double sharing basis & 01 night in Kedarnath on Dormitory accommodation.
- Ac rooms at Delhi & Haridwar are included in Tour Cost.
- Rooms on Double Sharing Basis. If there are 03 persons, an extra mattress will be provided.
- Single Occupancy requires paying the Single Occupancy Cost.
- If no room partner is available for a single traveler, they must choose Single Occupancy services.
FOOD
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner featuring Kerala cuisine provided through kitchen facilities.
- Kitchen Team accompanies if there is a minimum of 15 passengers; otherwise, meals follow the hotel’s plan.
- Tea/snack and drinks outside the common menu are not included.
ENTRY TICKETS
- Itinerary-mentioned sightseeing Entry Tickets are included.
- Local vehicle, boating, Jeep safari, Horse /Dolly charges at Yamunotri & Kedarnath are not included.
TOUR MANAGER
- Services of Malayalee Tour Manager from Team Yathri Holidays available from main arrival to departure.
- Staff will meet travelers at Kochi / Trivandrum Airports with documents & caps before departure.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
- Coverage up to 70 yrs is included in Tour Cost.
- Above 70 Yrs will have applicable extra charges.
GST
- Tour Cost includes 5% GST.

- Adhaar / Voters ID with address page required for booking.
