May 23: Delhi Arrival
- Meal Plan: Dinner
- Warm welcome on arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport.
- Meet & greet by our representative and comfortable transfer to your hotel.
- Check in and relax.
- Overnight stay in Delhi.
May 24: Delhi – Leh
- Meal Plan: Breakfast – Dinner
- Altitude: 3,500 m / 11,560 ft
- Early morning transfer to Indira Gandhi International Airport.
- Board your flight to Leh.
- Upon arrival at Leh Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel.
- The entire day is reserved for rest and acclimatization to help your body adjust to the high altitude.
- Light walking is permitted in the evening.
- Overnight stay in Leh.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Liability: The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, natural calamity, delay, breakdown, or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement.
- Management Rights: Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship, or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Ernakulum Jurisdiction.
- Force Majeure: Any tour package cancelled under Force majeure situations (e.g., Pandemic situation) or unable to operate due to reasons beyond our control, the amount received from customers after deducting all non-recoverable expenses will be kept in customer credit (Credit Shell) to be utilized toward future tour packages.
- Airlines: Airlines are solely responsible for overbooking of seats, failure to provide meals as required, quality of meals, loss of baggage, and allotment of seats for group bookings.
