ITINERARY
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
- Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu.
- Transfer to hotel and check-in.
- Evening briefing about the Yatra.
- Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing
- Visit Pashupatinath Temple and Budhanilkantha (Sleeping Vishnu).
- Afternoon free for packing and final preparations.
- Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 03: Kathmandu to Syabrubesi
- Drive to Syabrubesi (approx. 140 km / 7-8 hrs).
- Enjoy scenic views of the Trishuli River and Himalayan foothills.
- Overnight stay in Syabrubesi.
Day 04: Syabrubesi to Kyirong
- Drive to the Nepal-China border (Rasuwagadhi).
- Complete immigration formalities and enter Tibet (China).
- Drive to Kyirong (approx. 40 km / 2 hrs).
- Overnight stay in Kyirong.
Day 05: Kyirong (Acclimatization Day)
- Entire day free for rest and acclimatization to high altitude.
- Short walks around Kyirong town.
- Overnight stay in Kyirong.
Day 06: Kyirong to Saga
- Drive to Saga (approx. 160 km / 5-6 hrs).
- Cross the Brahmaputra River.
- Overnight stay in Saga.
Day 07: Saga to Mansarovar
- Long drive to the holy Lake Mansarovar (approx. 450 km / 8-9 hrs).
- First view of Mt. Kailash and Lake Mansarovar.
- Perform Puja and take a holy dip (subject to local rules).
- Overnight stay in guesthouse near Mansarovar.
Day 08: Mansarovar to Darchen
- Morning Puja and Hawan at the lake.
- Afternoon drive to Darchen (base camp for Parikrama).
- Overnight stay in Darchen.
Day 09: Darchen to Dirapuk (1st Day Parikrama)
- Drive to Yam Dwar and start the 12 km trek to Dirapuk.
- Close-up view of the North Face of Mt. Kailash.
- Overnight stay in guesthouse at Dirapuk.
Day 10: Dirapuk to Zuthulpuk (2nd Day Parikrama)
- Toughest day of the trek (22 km) crossing Dolma La Pass (18,600 ft).
- Visit Gauri Kund after the pass.
- Overnight stay in guesthouse at Zuthulpuk.
Day 11: Zuthulpuk to Saga
- Final day of Parikrama (8 km trek).
- Pick up by vehicle and drive back to Saga.
- Overnight stay in Saga.
Day 12: Saga to Kyirong
- Drive back to Kyirong.
- Overnight stay in Kyirong.
Day 13: Kyirong to Kathmandu
- Drive to the border, complete formalities, and return to Kathmandu.
- Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 14: Departure
- Transfer to Kathmandu airport for final departure.
