JULY 10: ARRIVAL SRINAGAR
- Meal Plan: Dinner
- On arrival, Pick up and transfer to hotel
- Overnight stay Srinagar
JULY 11: SRINAGAR – PANCHATHARNI
- Meal Plan: Breakfast -X-X
- Stay: Panchatharni
- Morning after breakfast proceeds to Panchatharni.
- Take Helicopter up to Panchatharni (3657 mtrs)
- Stay at Panchatharni (Tented accommodation)
JULY 12: AMARNATH – SRINAGAR
- Meal Plan: X – X – Dinner
- Stay: Srinagar
- Trek to Amarnath Holy Cave (6 KMS walking time from Panchadarni to Holy Cave)
- After Darshan, return to Panchatharni and take helicopter back.
- Transfer to Srinagar.
- Overnight stay Srinagar.
JULY 13: SRINAGAR – KATRA
- Meal Plan: Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner
- Stay: Katra
- After breakfast, drive to Katra (approx. 8-9 hrs).
- On arrival, check into the hotel.
- Overnight stay Katra.
JULY 14: VAISHNO DEVI DARSHAN
- Meal Plan: Breakfast – X – Dinner
- Stay: Katra
- Early morning proceed for Vaishno Devi Darshan (Trek/Pony/Battery Car/Helicopter – at own cost).
- After Darshan, return to the hotel.
- Overnight stay Katra.
JULY 15: KATRA – JAMMU – DELHI
- Meal Plan: Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner
- Stay: Delhi
- After breakfast, drive to Jammu.
- Catch the flight/train to Delhi.
- On arrival in Delhi, transfer to the hotel.
- Overnight stay Delhi.
JULY 16: DEPARTURE
- Meal Plan: Breakfast
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drop at Delhi Airport/Railway Station.
GENERAL POLICIES
REFUNDS & LIABILITY
- There are no refunds for any services (meals, sightseeing, etc.) not utilized on the tour.
- The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, natural calamity, delay, breakdown, or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement.
- Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship, or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- Airlines are solely responsible for overbooking of seats, failure to provide meal as required, quality of meal, loss of baggage, and allotment of seats for group booking etc.
CANCELLATION & JURISDICTION
- Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Ernakulum Jurisdiction.
- Any tour package cancelled under Force majeure situation (e.g., Pandemic situation), the amount received from the customers after deducting all non-recoverable expenses will be kept in customer credit (Credit Shell) and provide the facility to utilize the same credit note value towards booking of future tour packages.
