AUG 22: REPORTING & FLY FROM KOCHI – BANGKOK

AUG 23: BANGKOK – TIGER TOPIA – SOT – FLOATING MARKET

- Flight departs from Kochi at 02:10 am.
- Arrival at DMK Airport at 07:50 am.

GENERAL POLICIES
LIABILITY & REFUNDS
- The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, natural calamity, delay, breakdown, or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement.
- Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship, or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- Airlines are solely responsible for overbooking of seats, failure to provide meals as required by the guest, quality of meals, loss of baggage, and allotment of seats for group bookings.
- There are no refunds for any services not utilized on the tour.
CANCELLATION & JURISDICTION
- Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Ernakulum Jurisdiction.
- Any tour package cancelled under Force Majeure situations (e.g., Pandemic situation), or unable to operate due to reasons beyond our control, the amount received from customers after deducting all non-recoverable expenses will be kept in customer credit (Credit Shell) to be utilized toward future tour packages.
