REFUNDS & LIABILITY
- There are no refunds for any services (meals, sightseeing, flight delays, etc.) not utilized on the tour.
- The Company shall not accept liability for damages, loss, injury, accident, death, natural calamity, delay, or breakdown.
- Management reserves the right to claim additional expenses due to delays or changes in transport, weather, strikes, war, or quarantine.
- Airlines are solely responsible for overbooking, baggage loss, or meal quality.
CANCELLATION & JURISDICTION
- Any disputes are subject to Ernakulum Jurisdiction.
- For packages cancelled due to Force Majeure (e.g., pandemic), recoverable amounts (after deducting expenses) will be kept as a “Credit Shell” for future bookings.
