Itinerary
Day 1: 28 June (Kaloor to Gavi Forest)
- 06:00 AM: Departure from Kaloor.
- Morning: En-route breakfast and journey to the misty forest of Gavi.
- Afternoon: Arrival and check-in at the Forest Guest House, followed by a delicious lunch.
- Activities: Scenic boating at Gavi Dam and light trekking through forest trails.
- Evening: Memorable campfire with dinner under the stars.
- Stay: Overnight at Gavi Forest Guest House.
Day 2: 29 June (Vagamon to Kaloor)
- Early Morning: Thrilling bus safari through the Gavi forest.
- Morning: Breakfast and check-out.
- Activities: Explore Vagamon, including the Vagamon pine forest, meadows, and scenic viewpoints.
- Return: Drive back to Kaloor.
Inclusions & Exclusions
- Inclusions: AC pushback vehicle transportation, 01-night stay at Gavi Forest Guest House (double sharing), all entry tickets, Gavi boating and bus safari, 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 1 dinner, tour manager, and 5% GST.
- Exclusions: Meals not mentioned, personal expenses (porterage, room service, etc.), fuel surcharge increases, and costs due to natural calamities.
Booking & Cancellation Policies
- Booking: INR 3,000/- per person at the time of booking; balance to be settled 10 days before departure.
- Documents: Valid Govt. ID copy (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Driving License).
- Cancellation Charges:
- 30+ days before: INR 3,000.
- 15 to 30 days before: 30% of the tour cost.
- Within 15 days: 100% of the tour cost.
