Cancellation & Important Policy Guidelines
- Cancellation Fee (>30 Days before departure): INR 6,000 per head.
- Cancellation Fee (15 to 30 Days before departure): 30% of land cost + actual flight/train cancellation fees.
- Cancellation Fee (<15 Days before departure): 100% non-refundable cancellation fee + actual flight/train fees.
- Hotel Terms: Standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out is 12:00 hrs. Single travelers will be paired with room partners; if none are available, single occupancy rates apply.
- Group Base: Package costs are formulated on a minimum of 30 adult passengers travelling together.
📌 Force Majeure Credit Shell: If a tour package is canceled or unable to operate due to unexpected events beyond control (such as bad weather, natural disasters, or pandemic restrictions), the balance collected—minus unrecoverable direct vendor expenses—will be converted into a Credit Shell note for future travel bookings.
