Cancellation & Policy Guidelines
- Cancellation (>30 Days before departure): INR 6,000 per head + actual flight/train cancellation fees.
- Cancellation (15 to 30 Days before departure): 30% of tour land cost + actual flight/train cancellation fees.
- Cancellation (<15 Days before departure): 100% non-refundable cancellation fee + actual flight/train fees.
- Occupancy Terms: Rooms are offered on twin-sharing basis. Triple sharing includes a roll-away mattress. Unpaired single travelers must cover applicable single occupancy charges.
- Group Sizing: Package cost is calculated on a minimum base of 30 adult passengers travelling together.
