Jun 20: Delhi – Haridwar (230 km / 4-5 hrs approx).
- Meal Plan: Dinner
- Stay: Haridwar
- Journey starts from Delhi by 03.00 pm., proceed to Haridwar- Overnight stay at Haridwar
Jun 21: Haridwar – Sitapur (196 km / 8 hrs approx).
- Meal Plan: Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner
- Stay: Sitapur
- After breakfast, proceed to Sitapur via Rudraprayag, The Birth Place of Ganga and the confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini Rivers.
- Arrival Sitapur, Check into the hotel.
- Overnight stay Sitapur.
Jun 22: Sitapur – Kedarnath (16 km Trek)
- Meal Plan: Breakfast
- Stay: Kedarnath
- Early morning drive to Gaurikund (5 km), later trek starts to Kedarnath (16 km).
- After Darshan, overnight stay at Kedarnath (Dormitory Accommodation).
Jun 23: Kedarnath – Sitapur
- Meal Plan: Dinner
- Stay: Sitapur
- Morning Darshan and trek back to Gaurikund, later drive to Sitapur.
- Overnight stay Sitapur.
Jun 24: Sitapur – Ransi (55 km / 3 hrs approx)
- Meal Plan: Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner
- Stay: Ransi
- After breakfast, drive to Ransi via Ukhimath.
- Arrival Ransi, check into the hotel.
- Overnight stay Ransi.
Jun 25: Ransi – Madhyamaheswar (12 km Trek)
- Meal Plan: Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner
- Stay: Madhyamaheswar
- After breakfast, trek starts to Madhyamaheswar (12 km).
- Madhyamaheswar is the second Kedar.
- After Darshan, overnight stay at Madhyamaheswar (Dormitory/Local Guest House).
Jun 26: Madhyamaheswar – Ransi – Chopta
- Meal Plan: Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner
- Stay: Chopta
- Morning Darshan and trek back to Ransi, later drive to Chopta (Mini Switzerland of India).
- Overnight stay Chopta.
Jun 27: Chopta – Tunganath (4 km Trek) – Sagar
- Meal Plan: Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner
- Stay: Sagar Village
- After breakfast, trek to Tunganath (Highest Shiva Temple in the world).
- After Darshan, trek back to Chopta and drive to Sagar Village.
- Overnight stay Sagar.
Jun 28: Sagar – Rudranath (18 km Trek)
- Meal Plan: Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner
- Stay: Rudranath
- After breakfast, trek starts to Rudranath (Fourth Kedar).
- It’s a tough trek.
- After Darshan, overnight stay at Rudranath (Dormitory/Tented Accommodation).
Jun 29: Rudranath – Sagar – Helang
- Meal Plan: Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner
- Stay: Helang
- Morning Darshan and trek back to Sagar, later drive to Helang.
- Overnight stay Helang.
Jun 30: Helang – Kalpeswar (Trek) – Pipalkoti
- Meal Plan: Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner
- Stay: Pipalkoti
- After breakfast, drive to Urgam and trek to Kalpeswar (Fifth Kedar).
- After Darshan, drive back to Pipalkoti.
- Overnight stay Pipalkoti.
Jul 01: Pipalkoti – Haridwar
- Meal Plan: Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner
- Stay: Haridwar
- After breakfast, drive back to Haridwar via Karnaprayag, Nandaprayag, and Devprayag.
- Overnight stay Haridwar.
Jul 02: Haridwar – Rishikesh – Delhi
- Meal Plan: Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner
- Stay: Delhi
- Visit Rishikesh (Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula) and drive to Delhi.
- Overnight stay Delhi.
Jul 03: Delhi Departure
- Meal Plan: Breakfast
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drop at Delhi Airport/Railway Station.
GENERAL POLICIES
REFUNDS & LIABILITY
- There are no refunds for any services (meals, sightseeing, etc.) not utilized on the tour.
- The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, natural calamity, delay, breakdown, or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement.
- Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- Airlines are solely responsible for overbooking of seats, failure to provide meal as required by the guest, quality of meal, loss of baggage, Allotment of seats for group booking etc.
CANCELLATION & JURISDICTION
- Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Ernakulum Jurisdiction.
- Any tour package cancelled under Force majeure situation (e.g., Pandemic situation), the amount received from customers after deducting non-recoverable expenses will be kept in customer credit (Credit Shell) for utilize towards booking future tour packages.
