Cancellation & Terms of Travel
- Cancellation Fee (>30 Days before departure): INR 6,000 per head + actual Train/Flight cancellation charges.
- Cancellation Fee (15 to 30 Days before departure): 30% of tour cost + actual Train/Flight cancellation charges.
- Cancellation Fee (<15 Days before departure): 100% of tour cost + actual Train/Flight cancellation charges.
- Minimum Group Size: Tour tariff is calculated based on a minimum of 30 adults traveling together.
- Occupancy Terms: Standard stay is provided on a twin-sharing basis. Single travelers without a paired room partner will need to pay single occupancy charges.
