Cancellation & Terms of Travel
- Cancellation Fee (>30 Days before departure): INR 6,000 per head + actual Train/Flight cancellation charges.
- Cancellation Fee (15 to 30 Days before departure): 30% of tour cost + actual Train/Flight cancellation charges.
- Cancellation Fee (<15 Days before departure): 100% of tour cost + actual Train/Flight cancellation charges.
- Minimum Group Size: Tour cost is calculated based on a minimum of 30 adults traveling together.
- Occupancy Terms: Accommodations are provided on a twin-sharing basis. Single travelers without a paired room partner must pay single supplement charges.
📌 Important Notice: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out is 12:00 hrs. Should a tour package be canceled under Force Majeure situations, non-recoverable direct expenses will be deducted, and the balance stored in a Credit Shell for future tour bookings.
