Cancellation & Terms of Travel
- Cancellation Fee (>30 Days before departure): INR 5,000 per head + actual Train/Flight cancellation charges.
- Cancellation Fee (15 to 30 Days before departure): 30% of tour cost + actual Train/Flight cancellation charges.
- Cancellation Fee (<15 Days before departure): 100% of tour cost + actual Train/Flight cancellation charges.
- Group Base: Package rates are calculated based on a minimum of 30 adult passengers traveling together.
- Occupancy Terms: Accommodation is provided on a double sharing basis. Single passengers traveling alone without an assigned roommate will incur single supplement charges. Standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out is 12:00 hrs.
