Day 1 (23 AUG): Kochi Departure – Bagdogra – Transfer to Darjeeling
- Flight Journey: Report at Nedumbassery Domestic Terminal (Kochi) by 07:00 AM. Flight departs at 09:30 AM via Chennai, arriving at Bagdogra Airport by 02:55 PM.
- Scenic Drive: Meet our representative at Bagdogra and proceed on a picturesque drive to Darjeeling (70 km / approx. 3 to 4 hours).
- Arrival: Check into your hotel in Darjeeling and relax.
- Meals Included: Dinner.
- Overnight Stay: Darjeeling.
Day 2 (24 AUG): Darjeeling Sightseeing & Tiger Hill Sunrise
- Tiger Hill Sunrise: Early morning at around 04:00 AM (subject to weather conditions), head to Tiger Hill (8,482 ft) to watch the golden sunrise over Mount Kanchenjunga.
- City Highlights: Return to the hotel for breakfast, followed by half-day sightseeing visiting the Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center, and a panoramic drive through local tea estates.
- Optional Activity: Experience the famous Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (DHR) Joy Train Ride (approx. 1.45 hrs duration, ~INR 1,500 per head, subject to ticket availability and request).

Day 3 (25 AUG): Darjeeling – Transfer to Gangtok & Local Sightseeing

Cancellation & Terms of Travel
- Cancellation Fee (>30 Days before departure): INR 6,000 per head + actual Flight/Train cancellation charges.
- Cancellation Fee (15 to 30 Days before departure): 30% of tour cost + actual Flight/Train cancellation charges.
- Cancellation Fee (<15 Days before departure): 100% of tour cost + actual Flight/Train cancellation charges.
- Nathula Pass Visit Notice: Nathula Pass entry cannot be pre-booked; permits are strictly subject to weather conditions and military clearances on the day of travel.
- Group Base: Tariff is calculated on a minimum of 30 adult passengers traveling together. Single travelers without an assigned roommate will incur single occupancy charges. Standard hotel check-in is 14:00 hrs and check-out is 12:00 hrs.
