Reservation Guidelines
To confirm your seats, an advance payment of INR 3,000 per person is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled at least 10 days prior to tour departure. Please submit a valid government ID copy (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Driving License) during booking.
Cancellation Policy
- 30+ Days before departure: INR 3,000 cancellation fee per person.
- 15 to 30 Days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost.
- Within 15 Days of departure: 100% of the tour cost (Non-refundable).

- Age Classification: Passengers under 12 years are classified as children; 12 years and above are treated as adults.
- Hotel Check-In/Out: Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Standard room allocations are on a twin-sharing basis; extra mattresses are provided for triple occupancy.
