Cancellation & Terms of Travel
- Cancellation Fee (>30 Days before departure): INR 5,000 per head + actual flight cancellation charges.
- Cancellation Fee (15 to 30 Days before departure): 30% of land cost + actual flight cancellation fees.
- Cancellation Fee (<15 Days before departure): 100% non-refundable cancellation charge + actual flight cancellation fees.
- Single Occupancy Rules: Single travelers will be paired on a twin/triple sharing basis; if no partner is available, single occupancy charges apply.
- Hotel Rules: Standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out is 12:00 hrs. Children under 12 years are charged child rates; guests 12 years and above are treated as adults.
📌 Force Majeure Policy: If a tour package is canceled or unable to operate due to circumstances beyond control (such as bad weather, flight cancellations, or island entry restrictions), unrecoverable direct expenses will be deducted, and the balance will be stored as a Credit Shell note for future travel.
