To confirm your seats, an advance deposit of INR 3,000 per person is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled at least 10 days prior to tour departure. Please submit a clear copy of a valid government ID card (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Driving License) during booking.

Cancellation & Terms of Travel
- Cancellation Fee (>30 Days before departure): INR 3,000 cancellation charge per head.
- Cancellation Fee (15 to 30 Days before departure): 30% of total package cost.
- Cancellation Fee (<15 Days before departure): 100% of package cost (Non-refundable).
- Travel Insurance: Coverage up to 70 years of age is included in the tour cost. Passengers above 70 years will be issued insurance with applicable extra charges.
- Occupancy Terms: Accommodation is provided on a double-sharing basis. Single travelers without an assigned roommate will incur single supplement charges. Hotel check-in is 14:00 hrs and check-out is 12:00 hrs.
