Cancellation & Terms of Travel
- Cancellation Fee (>30 Days before departure): INR 1,000 cancellation charge per head.
- Cancellation Fee (15 to 30 Days before departure): 30% of the tour cost.
- Cancellation Fee (<15 Days before departure): 100% of the tour cost (Non-refundable).
- Occupancy Terms: Standard rooms are provided on a twin-sharing basis; a roll-away mattress is provided for third bed arrangements. Single passengers without an assigned roommate will incur single supplement charges. Hotel check-in is 14:00 hrs and check-out is 12:00 hrs.
- Coach Restrictions: In areas where coaches cannot enter narrow hill roads, the tour manager will arrange transport as close as possible, or shared local vehicles may be used.
